The process was challenging because we are located in Cleveland, Ohio and only had two weeks to look at the real estate, followed by all the subsequent work with negotiations, inspection, closing, etc. all done remotely from Cleveland. Only through emails, texts and phone, Tatiana was able to line up condos for us to see with exactly what we wanted. And she had all of them organized in the order so we did not waste much time transferring from one place to another. Made the looking part very, very easy.

2) Quick responses
Despite the time difference (5 hours) Tatiana replied to my endless questions if not immediately within a few hours.

3) Attention to details
Tatiana pointed out details during the negotiations, contract signing and inspection which we didn't even think of.

4) Local knowledge
Tatiana, being a native of Maui, was able to provide great insight on some details during negotiations and inspection which we wouldn't have thought as non-natives. Tatiana was also able to negotiate better rates with contractors. She continues to help us even now with more simpler things, such as where to go shop for health foods, which sights to visit, which beaches to go for what sport, etc!
